7. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may be subject to separate conditions, including:

Available payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking, PhonePe and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed through independent payment-gateway providers. Endios does not ordinarily store complete card or UPI credentials.

An order will not be treated as successfully paid until payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact Endios and their bank or payment provider. Any payment reconciliation or reversal may be subject to banking and payment-network timelines.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable PIN codes.

Endios may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch. We may also request a disclosed advance or confirmation amount for certain COD orders.

Where an advance amount is collected, its adjustment, refundability and applicable conditions will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

COD access may be restricted for customers with repeated refused, cancelled, fraudulent or undelivered COD orders.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered in accordance with the Endios Shipping & Delivery Policy available on the website.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the customer’s location, courier serviceability, weather, government restrictions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched by contacting Endios with the order number.

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation unless Endios confirms it.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any available return or refund options will be governed by the Endios Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Endios will not impose an undisclosed cancellation charge. Any applicable charge must be communicated before the customer confirms the transaction and must comply with applicable consumer law.

13. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with the Endios Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website.

Because Endios sells skincare and personal-care products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or materially different from what was advertised.

An unboxing video may help us resolve a complaint more quickly but is not mandatory for raising a genuine consumer complaint.

After verification, Endios may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:
