Return & Refund Policy – Endios

At Endios, we value your trust and aim to deliver products you’ll love. However, if
something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with tags intact
It must be returned along with the invoice or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please use the return option in my-order or email us at
info@endios.in with your Order ID and product images.

� Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products (like creams,
powders, etc.) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse unless the
return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
In case of damage or wrong product received, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the
approval or rejection within 2 business days.
• If approved:
o Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10
business days
o COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll be asked for
details)
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please write to
info@endios.in.
