Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take longer. A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once
the order is dispatched.

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, and India
Post to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout. We may offer free
shipping on certain order values or during promotional periods.

5. Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high order volume, weather, courier
issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email or phone in such.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable
for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned due to non-availability or refusal to accept, shipping charges may
be deducted from any refund.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for selected pin codes.
• A small, refundable token amount will be charged at the time of placing a COD
order as a confirmation step.
• This amount will be fully refunded if the order is cancelled before it is
dispatched.
• Once the order is out for delivery, the token amount becomes non-refundable.
• This step allows us to prepare your order with love, care, and confidence —
packing the right products with enthusiasm and ensuring a smoother delivery
experience.
