Payments & Orders
All transactions are processed via secure payment gateways. By placing an order, you
agree to pay the total amount including taxes and shipping (if applicable).

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Indemnity clause
You agree to indemnify Endios and its team against claims arising from your misuse of
the Platform or violation of these terms.

Force Majeure:
We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures due to events beyond our
control (like natural disasters, strikes, or server issues).”

Monetary liability cap
In no case shall Endios be liable for more than ₹100 or the amount paid by you for the
product giving rise to the claim whichever is lower.
